Disclaimer: I'm not a professional lens tester! I do this for my own interest and fun. I also just have a single exemplar of each lens so please take this with a grain of salt.

This is a quick test for sharpness and bokeh between the
* Nikon Z 85mm f/1.8S
* Nikon AF-S 105mm f/1.4E ED
* Nikon 105mm f/2.5 AI-S
* Nikon AF-S 70-200mm f/2.8E FL ED VR (@85mm)
* Nikon Z 24-70mm f/2.8 S (@70mm)

All lenses perform very well, the softest one wide open is the old 105mm AI-S.
Best bokeh is delivered by the 105mm f/1.4 imho, but the new 85mm is no slouch either.

All shots done on a Z7 on a sturdy tripod.

Shooting distance was ~130 cm. As a bonus I shot the 85mm also at the MFD (min. focus distance).

I disabled the sharpening in LR (sliders to 0) and just adjusted the exposure a bit.
